The hotel is very convenient. The private onsen and outdoor onsen were beautiful. The breakfast and dinner were excellent.
Nothing not too like.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a fantastic decision. First of all, I loved the fact that the staff were so friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and nearby shops and restaurants. And last but not least, the onsen was such a treat after a long day skiing.
Although it was well presented, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. For the price I paid, I was hoping for a bit more variety and quality.

The location was convenient, close to the bus terminal and the sitting area near reception was cozy. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was comfortable, with a nice view of the surrounding area. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities.
The meals were disappointing. the breakfast was unappetizing and lacked variety.

Our Easter stay in this traditional Japanese hotel was memorable. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us, even with our limited Japanese. the onsen was a highlight, soothing our muscles after a long day of exploring the breathtaking mountains nearby. the breakfast was artfully presented with delicious seafood, and the location was perfect - near shops and in walking distance of the ski lifts.
